Project description:

Due to the increasing electricity production in the region, TenneT constructed a new 150kV cable connection between Transformer substation Roosendaal and Dinteloord. The length of the cable connection is 14km.

Activities of Energy Solutions:

TenneT TSO assigned Energy Solutions to create the basic and detailed design of the 150kV cable connection consisting of the following items:

• Thermal soil model based on measurement reports
• Ampacity and short circuit calculations
• Cable route design together with the departments stakeholder management and permits
• Design of 23 horizontal directional drillings
• System design and earthing
